PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

**Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays. 

 

BELGIAN SHIPPING

We charge a flat rate of 4,95 EUR for all domestic orders. We use Bpost or DHL, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Mail arrives within 1-2 business days from the date your order has been shipped. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We charge a flat rate of 10,00 EUR for all international orders. We use Bpost or UPS for International shipping services that have a 3-10 business day delivery time once the order has been shipped (shipping time varies per destination). Please note that this does not include customs processing delays.  

We use Track International Services for the following countries:

*Belgium, Holland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Portugal.

We use Registered International Services for all other countries, excluding Mexico and Colombia. Registered International offers tracking services for certain countries only.

 All international orders shipped via Registered International Mail require a signature upon delivery. In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office.

 

EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We also offer Express International Shipping to USA and Canada only. Express Shipping generally takes 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped. Please note that this is not a guaranteed timeframe and delays may occur. 

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. 

All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. CUSTOMICED is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. 

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If you experience any difficulties while entering your Shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email info[at]saboskirt.com with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process, QUOTES reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of 5,00 EUR for Australian orders and 10,00 EUR for international orders.
